I highly recommend this guide to anyone who’s looking for a workout program which won’t break the bank. We all sometimes struggle with motivation or even time to work out so this method is great as you can take it anywhere you go. I love the variety of circuits in the book as it keeps my workout interested and I don’t get bored doing the same thing over and over again.
