THE CHEDI ANDERMATT

THE CHEDI ANDERMATT (website) (instagram) During the month of August, I had the privilege of taking a trip to Switzerland for what turned into one of the most awe-inspiring trips of the year! Without any expectations, I wasn’t sure to what to expect of my summer trip to Switzerland. We took the glacier express from Zermatt to Andermatt, and while it was still summer time, it snowed the night before we arrived. When we got to Andermatt, it was like a scene out of a postcard. JA MANAFARU

JA MANAFARU (link) I’m all about the villa life in the Maldives, so Jared and I were in for a treat when we stayed at Ja Manafaru. The entire island is engulfed by soft sand, and it takes about 20 mintues to walk around the entire island. Staff are relaxed and great with kids and have an in...

ONE & ONLY REETHI RAH

ONE & ONLY REETHI RAH (link) (instagram) After the first Maldives destination with my son, we headed to the One & Only Resort Reethi Rah, an hour boat ride away from the airport. It’s a beautiful resort located on the Indian Ocean with white sand and blue lagoons. The award-winning resort offers wonderful service in a great location with plenty to do should you find R&R in your villa a little too relaxing. Upon arrival, we were already brainstorming different ideas but heard that the sea turtle snorkeling was not to be missed. The sea turtles are really fun creatures to spot, and if you’re lucky, you’ll even find them wanderin...
