位於澳門巴黎人內的御蓮宮(Lotus Palace),餐廳主打新派中菜,除了點心及高級粵菜,也有火鍋提供。御蓮宮裝潢設計走古典及歐式風格,以紅及金色為主調,還有大型的蓮花燈飾及餐碟上的蓮花圖案襯托主題。整體環境舒服,並設有私人包廂。

先來幾款點心,Steamed Scallop Dumplings with Trio Crab Roe,三色百花帶子餃,MOP$68,Siew Mai,Pork Dumplings with Japanese Scallop,帶子燒賣皇,MOP$58,Steamed Beef Short Ribs with Basil & Herbs,羅勒香草牛肋骨,MOP$48,Red Rice Rolls Filled with Crispy Shrimp,紅米脆皮蝦腸粉,MOP$78,最愛吃爽口的燒賣,加上鮮甜的帶子餃,惹味的牛肋骨,還有受歡迎的紅米腸,夾著爽口的蝦肉,口感香脆。



Smoked Mandarin Fish with Applewood Flavour,蜜汁果木煙燻魚,MOP$108,用蘋果木去燻桂花魚,燻香撲鼻,魚肉酥脆。Glazed Sizzling Prime Cut Barbecued Pork Belly with Honey,鐵板蜜汁叉燒,MOP$128,以熱鐵板奉上叉燒可保持熱度,再淋上濃稠的蜜汁,熱力令蜜味更香甜。

Fried Prawns with Creamy Pumpkin Sauce,南瓜濕奶油炒蝦球,MOP$288,先炸蝦球,再加入南瓜蓉及奶油炒,最後灑上蛋黃絲,蝦球香脆彈牙,一點都不油膩,加上蝦球掛滿南瓜奶油醬汁,十分美味。Braised Fish Maw & Chicken Fried Rice with Abalone Sauce,鮑汁瑤柱花膠雞粒燴飯,MOP$188,主食還有燴飯,炒飯加上花膠雞粒鮑魚汁,香而可口,剛好飽肚。

最後甜點,有期間限定為了狗年製作的小狗流沙包,Steamed Custard Buns,旺旺流沙包,MOP$48,Sweet Potato & Ginger Soup with Sesame Rice Dumplings,紫薯薑茶湯丸,MOP$48,Trio of Almond,Almond Milk Soup with Egg White,Deep Fried Crispy Almond Milk & Baked Almond Bird’s Nest Tart,杏仁三部曲,蛋白現磨杏仁茶,炸杏仁脆奶及燕窩杏仁蛋撻,MOP$78,喜歡杏仁的話,這個杏仁三部曲最適合,杏仁茶味道最濃,脆奶口感特別,杏仁蛋撻甜甜的好吃。
