Simply brew some green tea and add honey,

then place the mint leaves in a cup or glass after rubbing the teas a little to get the mint flavour out,

and pour some hot tea over them.

Works cold too – just put in the refrigerator.

sit for 15 mins,

then when the water is cool add 1 tbsp of honey
