龍年清明前後，年與月的組合較差，好的時辰少之又少。就您提供的日子之中，建議次子剖腹出生時間如下：
首選：西曆2012年4月9日15:00至17:00生，五行屬金。
次選：西曆2012年4月4日13:00至15:00生，五行屬木。
另外，清明是廿四節氣之五。驚蟄後清明前出生月支為卯，逢鼠年、龍年、馬年、雞年盡量不取；而清明後立夏前出生月支為辰，逢牛年、兔年、龍年、狗年盡量不取。可見龍年的清明前後均不大理想。
