有一陣子沒有來天龍軒吃飯,說起也會想念這裡的蜜汁西班牙黑豚肉叉燒,今次來吃午餐,也多試了幾款新點心,水準依然保持好好,做得精緻又好吃。


先吃點心,海鮮鹹水角,Deep Fried Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Seafood,筍尖鮮蝦餃,Steamed Shrimp Dumpling with Bamboo Shoot,川汁紅油抄手,Poached Pork Dumpling with Chili Oil in Sichuan Style,鹹水角外層黏糯香口,口感討人歡喜,蝦餃外表漂亮,加上金箔更添貴氣,還有微辣的紅油抄手更刺激胃口。

青蔥鮮蝦煎軟糍,Pan Fried Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Shrimp & Spring Onion,雪影焗叉燒包,Baked Barbecued Pork Bun,蟹肉帶子小籠包,Steamed Pork Dumpling with Crab Meat & Scallop,豬肉餡加入蟹肉,湯汁味道更鮮味。


原個椰皇花膠燉雞,Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw in Baby Coconut,先燉雞湯,再加入泰國椰皇水再燉,味道非常清甜,陣陣椰香,還有用上較珍貴的鹹水黃花魚魚肚,膠質豐富,感覺相當滋潤。

來天龍軒必定試主廚劉師傅的蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒,Barbecued Iberian Pork with Honey,選用西班牙黑毛豬肩肉來做叉燒,肥瘦適中,肉質非常軟腍鬆化,肉味濃郁,蜜味又香甜,個人喜歡厚切的叉燒,吃起來口感更豐富。叉燒還配上爽脆嫩綠的蒜蓉菜心一起奉上,Sautéed Vegeable Choi Sum with Garlic。

最後甜品是薑汁燉滑蛋配山楂話梅一品糕,Double Boiled Egg with Ginger Juice,Chilled Hawthorn & Preserved Plum Jelly,滑溜的燉蛋蛋香挺濃,微帶薑辛,再吃件酸酸的山楂糕,愛山楂味道的人會特別喜歡這甜品。
