來到灣仔合和中心的自助山吃下午茶,食物轉上了新款式,而且餐廳還新全香港第一部及唯一一部Moet & Chandon香檳機,週末跟朋友來享用美食香檳,還有藍藍天空的維港景緻相伴,來悠閒的渡過週末下午最好不過。

 
 
 

頂層Scones with Clotted Cream & Raspberry Jam,”The Grand” Macarons & Chocolates,英式鬆餅配忌廉及紅桑莓果醬,還有印有自助山兩週年圖案的雲尼拿馬卡龍及自家製作的朱古力。

甜點有招牌甜品Lemon Cheese Cake with Strawberry Coulis及Green Tea & Red Bean Mousse Cake,還有新款的Thai Coconut & Sago Pudding及Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse with Banana,招牌的士多啤梨流心芝士蛋糕,是在自助餐裡也可吃到的甜點,軟滑的芝士蛋糕內是流心的士多啤梨醬,芝香加上酸甜,一點都不甜膩。綠茶紅豆慕絲蛋糕及朱古力榛子慕絲蛋糕都很滑溜,再加一小杯泰式椰汁西米布甸,椰汁味道香濃。

鹹吃的食物同樣好吃,Scottish Salmon Sandwich with Caviar,Crispy Prawn Dumplng with Black Truffle Mayonnaise,Foie Gras Roulade with Figs,Chicken Masala Shortcake with Pineapple,Suckling Pig Onigiri with Pickled Ginger,Risotto Rice Cake with Manchego Cheese,Iberico Ham & Honey Balsamic。先趁熱吃乳豬及炸蝦餃,香脆鮮味,跟上黑松露蛋黃醬更香更好吃。蘇格蘭煙三文魚配黑魚子三文治,紙包著的是鵝肝無花果捲,還有意大利飯煎成薄薄的飯餅,再加上黑毛豬火腿及芝士,口感更豐富。

The Grand Tea Time於星期六及星期日,下午三時至五時半供應,兩位用HK$508,另收加一服務費,並包兩杯飲品。適逢自助山開業兩週年,餐廳於一月及二月推出八折優惠,亦於農曆新年初一至初四期間供應下午茶,同樣可享折扣優惠外,更另送原隻鮑魚發財好市。
