The H Hotel Duabi的日本餐廳 OKKU Japanese Restaurant Dubai,在杜拜獲獎無數,當中包括年度最佳餐廳及最佳Fine Dining餐廳等等。廚師團隊曾於東京、紐約、洛杉磯及拉斯維加斯等地工作,大廚把多國元素融入菜式內,供應創意日本料理。餐廳劃分三個區域,主餐、貴賓房及酒吧,客人除了來享用正餐,亦有不少是來這裡喝酒,愈夜愈熱鬧。

Yuzu-Saikyo Miso Black Cod,199AED,Wagyu Steak,M9 Grilled Wagyu Steak with Wasabi Panzu,Salsa Verde,Black Volcanic Salt,Spring Onion,Garlic Scape & Garlic-Soy,329AED,with Truffle Fired Rice with Garlic,Zen Mai,Chives & Black Sesame Seed,149AED,主食有魚及牛,鱈魚以柚子麵豉汁調味,魚油脂味帶著鹹香,淡淡的柚子味又平衡油膩感。燒熱的厚圓木上放上和牛肉片,加上青蔥、蒜汁及火山鹽把肉燒炙幾下就可以吃。肉片入口即融,脂味濃郁,跟上一小碗松露炒飯,絕對吃得滿足。



最後甜品是綠茶味的Tiramisu及雪葩,Tiramisu茶味濃,但也挺甜,以酸味的雪葩來中和一下及作結尾,相當愉快的一餐。
